When I began at Korean American Story, I immediately recognized they weren’t maximizing their content to generate donations, lacked brand awareness + identity, and not engaging their community. By implementing simple and organic strategies, KAS saw a large growth in their Instagram followers as well as newsletter subscribers in three years.

  • Streamlined voice and style, introduced educational and engagement content, and increased posting frequency.

  • Reduced newsletter frequency, simplified design, and incorporated a community announcement section.

  • Led marketing + social media of annual events and assisted video recordings/productions.
